Returns Policy


If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer no fuss 30-day exchange or return policy, which  means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. You can return your item in exchange for another product or for a full refund to the original payment method.

Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item is faulty or damaged. We recommend sending returns via a recorded delivery service as we cannot refund items lost or damaged during transit. When we have received and inspected your return we will notify you and if accepted your exchange/refund will be processed within 7 working days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.


Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Please note the following exceptions to our returns and exchange policy:

  • Sale items and custom orders are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Returned items must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:

Email us with the following information and we will contact you as soon as possible to advise you in returning your item(s). Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please include:

  • Full Name
  • Order Number
  • Exchange or Return
  • Reason for Exchange/Return (Ordered Multiple, Doesn't Fit, Damaged etc.)
  • Item(s) being returned
